Order:

The complainant Upendra Pandey had a Telephone connection at Khonsa. On his transfer/shifting of residence he claimed for refund of the security deposit but opp. Party failed to do so. So this Complaint.

The complaint was originally submitted to the controller Legal Metrology, Itanagar who in its turn sent the same to this dist. Forum. While going through the complain it was found that the cause of action aroused at Khonsa . As the jurisdiction fall under Tirap Dist Forum the complaint in original is redirected to the controller Legal Metrology, Itanagar for sending the same to jurisdictional dist forum.
