We find from the record that the complainant lastly appeared in the case on 20.12.2021. Thereafter no appearance has been entered into by the complainant for several consecutive hearings including today. Even miscellaneous arguments pending for consideration. Written Arguments are already on record. Commission is not inclined to accommodate to keep it any further as he has failed to press his own case. Therefore, the complaint is dismissed in default for non-appearance, non-prosecution in light of the detailed observation.
