Renuka Nagar vs. BSES Yamuna Power Limited

 

ORDER

          Case was taken up in Lok Adalat.  The case has been settled.           Ms. Renu Thukra, Commercial Officer for BSES Yamuna Power Limited (OP) have agreed to withdraw the dues transferred on connection CA No. 101089282 amounting to Rs. 36,857/- transferred from CA No. 101113562 and LPSC amounting to Rs. 5,042.22/- as full and final settlement.    Since, the matter has been settled between the parties, the complaint stands satisfied.
