            On 13.1.2020, the complainant in this case had sought time to issue notice to the OP  for the alleged deficiency and file copy of the same along with reply of OP.  Thereafter the complainant never appeared.  He was absent on 02.3.2020,  29.10.2020, 04.11.2020, 21.1.2021, 05.02.2021, 30.3.2021, 25.10.2021, 08.03.2022, 22.04.2022 and 17.5.2022.  The complaint is  still  at the admission stage.   Today also the complainant is not represented before us. It appears that the complainant is not interested in pursuing the  matter.  Accordingly, the complaint is dismissed for non-prosecution.  File be consigned to record room.
