On perusal of order sheet it has been seen that no steps have been taken by the Complainant after May, 2022. Thereafter no appearance has been entered into by the complainant for several consecutive hearing including today. Commission is not inclined to accommodate to keep it any further as he has failed to press his own case. Therefore, the complaint is dismissed in default for non-appearance, non-prosecution.
