            Since the filing of this case on 20.8.2020, the complainant has never appeared in this case.  The complainant was earlier not interested in hearing through Video Conferencing and therefore was not represented  before us on 27.8.2020, 27.10.2020, 10.12.2020, 06.01.2020, 04.03.2021, 17.08.2021, 08.10.2021, 26.10.2021, 02.3.2022.  Even today during the physical hearing, the complainant is unrepresented. It appears that the complainant is not interested in pursuing the  matter.  Accordingly, the complaint is dismissed for non-prosecution.  File be consigned to record room.
