ORDER

 

On perusal of order sheet it has been seen that appearance has not been entered by the complainant after 28.10.2020 as complaint relates to faulty meter installed by BSES. BSES filed meter testing report which states there is no defect in the meter. Thereafter no appearance has been entered into by the complainant for several consecutive hearings including today. Commission is not inclined to accommodate to keep it any further as he has failed to press his own case. Therefore, the complaint is dismissed in default for non-appearance, non-prosecution in light of the detailed observation.
