Commercial Officer of OP offered an amount of Rs. 36,775/- as full and final settlement to be paid in three equal installment against the actual consumption of electricity for which complainant has given his consent. Detailed order passed separately.

 The settlement being fair and appropriate has been accepted.  Complaint is disposed of as settled.   Copy of   this order be given Dasti.
