          Case was taken up in Lok Adalat.  The case has been settled.           Mr. Pramod Kumar Gupta, commercial officer div. Laxmi nagar on behalf of OP has been settled the complaint with the complainant as full and final settlement, copy of the letter issued by the complainant has been placed on record. Since, the matter has been settled between the parties, the complaint stands satisfied.
