            On 14.02.2020, complainant had sought a short adjournment as talks of settlement with OP were going on. Thereafter the complainant did not appear on 28.9.2020, 19.10.2020, 25.11.2020, 27.1.2021, 12.4.2021 and 28.03.2022. Today also the complainant is not represented before us.  The Complaint is still at the admission stage. It appears that the complainant is not interested in pursuing the  matter.  Accordingly, the complaint is dismissed for non-prosecution.  File be consigned to record room.
