            Ms. Rajshriya AR for OP.

AR of OP states that matter has been amicably settled between the parties  as per the settlement electricity dues for an amount of Rs. 25,000/- duly paid by the Complainant. Now, there is no grievance between the parties. Therefore the matter may be disposed off as settled.

 The settlement being fair and appropriate has been accepted.  Complaint is disposed of as settled.   Copy of   this order be given Dasti.
