            Both parties states that matter has been amicably settled between the parties wherein as per the settlement arrived between the parties OP has already refund/adjust dues alongwith interest for amounting to Rs. 4000/- for which Complainant has already given his consent. Therefore the matter may be disposed off as settled.

 The settlement being fair and appropriate has been accepted.  Complaint is disposed of as settled.   Copy of   this order be given Dasti.
