 Perusal of the record shows that complainant is not appearing after 21.11.2022 when he was directed to file his grievance in proper format. Thereafter no appearance has been entered into by the complainant nor complies the order dated 21.11.2022. Commission cannot incline to accommodate to keep it any further as he has failed to press his own case. Therefore, the complaint is dismissed in default for non-appearance, non-prosecution in light of the detailed observation. File be consigned to record room.
