                     Ms. Rajshriya, AR for OP alongwith Sourav Kumar for OP.

           

 

The complainant moved an application to withdraw the matter stating that he has already settled his dispute with the OP and nothing is left. The dispute between the parties has since been settled. Therefore the matter may be disposed off as settled.

 The settlement being fair and appropriate has been accepted.  Complaint is disposed of as settled.   Copy of this order be given Dasti.
