Present :-   Complainant in person.

           

 

The dispute between the parties has since been settled. He has paid extra Rs. 7000/- over and above 50% of bill already paid as per order dated 17/02/2016. Therefore the matter may be disposed off as settled.

 The settlement being fair and appropriate has been accepted.  Complaint is disposed of as settled.   Copy of  this order be given Dasti.
