ORDER

 

 

Argument heard on admission. Perusal of the record shows that the said transaction pertains to Commercial use situated at property dealer shop. Hence matter is commercial in nature and same is not maintianable under the definition of section 2(7) of Consumer Protection Act 2019. There is business to business relationship between the complainant and OP. The case is dismissed in  light of Hon’ble Supreme Court Judgment “Shrikant G Mantri Vs PNB” Civil appeal no. 11397 of 2016 dated 22.02.2022 wherein Supreme Court categorically held that business to business relationship would clearly cover under the ambit of commercial purpose. Hence, Consumer Court has no locus to decide these kind of matters. Hence complaint is dismissed. File be consigned to record room.
