Counsel for the OP states that the OP has settled the dispute with the complainant against an amount of Rs. 47,000/- paid by the complainant in full and final settlement of the bill raised by the OP. In terms of the settlement, NOC has been issued by the OP to the complainant.

 The settlement being fair and appropriate has been accepted.  Complaint is disposed of as settled.   Copy of   this order be given Dasti.
