Both parties state that matter has been amicably settled between the parties wherein OP reduced the due amount from Rs. 37,430/- to Rs. 15,000/- which is already paid to the complainant i.e. Rs. 15,000/-. Therefore the matter may be disposed off as settled.

 The settlement being fair and appropriate has been accepted.  Complaint is disposed of as settled.   Copy of   this order be given Dasti.

 File be consigned to the record room.
