On perusal of order sheet we observed that Written Statement to the Complaint was filed by OP on 06.12.2018 and Rejoinder Evidence filed by complainant on 07.03.2019 and written arguments of complainant was filed on 17.10.2019 after which settlement talks were going on in this matter since 17.10.2019 again on 29.11.2019 the parties were directed to find amicable solution to the issue involved of excess billing thereafter from 21.12.2020 complainant has stopped appearing even the Written Arguments on behalf of OP have not been filed on record. It appears that the complainant has settled the matter with OP and is no more interesting in contesting the matter. Hence, the matter is dismissed for non-prosecution. File be consigned to record room.
