Perusal of the record shows that order dated 24.03.2023 not yet been complied with. Complainant was not appearing since matter was taken in March 2022. It seems tha Complainant is not interested in contesting his matter. Matter is at initial stage. Commission is not inclined to accommodate complainant any further as he has failed to press his own case. Therefore, the complaint is dismissed in default for willful non-appearance, non-complaince in light of the detailed observation.
