Present none for complainant since 20-12-2016, 02-01-2017, 17-02-2017 and today consecutively. Today counsel for OP states that the complainant has made all the payments due on its part.  As neither complainant  is appearing on behalf of complainant since 20.12.2016 it appears that complainant is not interested in pursuing his case. It will be abuse of process of law to proceed further in this case in complainant’s absence. Hence complaint be dismissed in default accordingly for the reasons mentioned above.

Copy of this order be made available to the parties free of cost as per law. File be consigned to record room.
