            The complainant in this case had  not appeared on 26.5.21016, 24.11.2016, 20.4.2017, 26.10.2017, 08.03.2018, 23.08.2018, 03.01.2019, 21.02.2019 and 04.6.2019.  Vide order dated 21.02.2019, since the complainant was not appearing for so many dates, notice was directed to be issued to her for 04.6.21019.  As per noting on the file, the Registry had notified  the complainant  on her mobile phone but still she did not appear on 04.6.2019.   The complainant again appeared only once thereafter on 01.8.2019.   No appearance of the complainant has been recorded  in the file thereafter. It appears that the complainant is not interested in pursuing the matter.  Hence, the complaint is dismissed  for non-prosecution.  File  be consigned to record room.
