Complainant filed application stating that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties. OP has paid Rs. 18,000/- to the complainant in form of cheque which has already been cleared. Therefore the matter may be disposed off as settled.

 The settlement being fair and appropriate has been accepted.  Complaint is disposed of as settled.   Copy of   this order be given Dasti.
