Learned counsel for the petitioner present. 

It has come to our notice that the State Commission vide order dated 10.5.2013 dismissed the appeal filed by the appellant.   However, in another order of the same date, i.e. on 10.5.2013, notice was issued on the delay condonation application.  It appears to be typographical mistake. Both the orders are hereby set aside.

The matter is remanded to the State Commission for hearing afresh.  The matter of delay will also be decided afresh

          Both the parties are directed to appear before the State Commission on 1.8.2014.

          The revision petition stands disposed of.
