Perusal of the record shows that complainant was lastly appeared on 21.03.2022 wherein complainant was directed to satisfy the Bench on the maintainability of the case and took time for arguments on admission. Thereafter, he did not appear before this Commission.  Matter is still at admission stage. It seems that complainant is not interested in pursuing the matter.
