The complainant has filed on behalf of his daughter seeking refund of air tickets along with compensation and costs. Heard counsel for Complainant at length.  He alleged that Complainant daughter Ms.Aashna was downgraded from business class ticket to economic class ticket by Opposite Party for on her travel on 22.07.2019. However, no proof has been annexed in support of the same hence, we are unable to rely on this.  Further, learned counsel has submitted that Opposite Party did not arranged accommodation for his daughter when they cancel her return flight to Mumbai dated 25.07.2019.  Learned counsel has not brought any proof on record to show that Opposite Party were duty bound to provide accommodation to the passenger in case of any flight cancelation therefore, we unable to rely on this. Under these circumstances, it appears that there is no deficiency in service or unfair trade practice on the part of Opposite Party.  Hence this complaint is dismissed in limine.
