Per Mr.Justice S.B.Mhase, Hon’ble President

No one is present on behalf of the applicant in delay condonation application. In this matter on 11/01/2011 notices were issued to the respondent returnable on 18/03/2010.  Notices were directed to be sent through State Commission and also a private notice was directed.  In view of these directions applicant should have approached to the State Commission with required papers, so that necessary notice can be sent to the respondent.  However, office report shows that no steps were taken by the applicant/appellant. Therefore, misc.application along with appeal stands dismissed for non prosecution.
