Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. In our view, HUDA was not properly advised to approach this Commission with the present revision petition against the order passed by the State Commission, the State Commission having already noted the lax attitude/conduct of the employees of the petitioner in pursuing their proceedings. In these circumstances, the order so passed by the ..2.. State Commission is eminently justified and is strictly in consonance with the law laid down by the Hon’ble Supreme Court. We do not see any ground for interference with the impugned order. However, if HUDA feels that it has suffered any loss due to the negligence of its employees, the Administrator HUDA would be within his right to institute an inquiry in order to fix the responsibility of the errant officers who were responsible for causing the loss to the HUDA and to recover the amount of loss from the salary of errant officers. With these observations, the revision petition stands disposed of.
