Today is fixed for S.R, appearance and filing W.V. by the O.Ps.

            Complainant is present by filing hazira. O.P. nos. 1 and 2 also files hazira. Complainant and O.P no.1 file a petition which reflect that the matter has already been amicably settled between the parties.

Both the complainant and the O.P no.1 jointly submit the petition to withdraw the case. Heard the prayer of the Complainant and both O.Ps, considered and allowed.

Complainant has no complaint against the Ops. 

            The case is disposed of accordingly without any cost.
