Today the instant complaint case is put up on the basis of an application filed by the complainant wherein the complainant wants to withdraw the instant complaint case with a liberty to file the appropriate application before the appropriate Forum.

Heard Md. J. Islam, Ld. Advocate appearing for the complainant, who submits that the complainant has decided to withdraw the instant complaint petition for filing an appropriate application/case before the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal.

In view of the above, the instant complaint case is disposed of as withdrawn with a liberty to file appropriate application before the appropriate Forum.
