06.01.2020                The case is fixed today for compliance report by the petitioner. Both the parties are present personally today. On earlier date both the parties are present and files memo along with affidavit and put up petition which was accepted.  Both the parties have prayed that the case has been settled outside the forum amicably. The complainant orally prayed that he do not want to proceed with the case further.

 

                                    As the complainant do not want to proceed with the case further the present complaint case is hereby dropped as withdrawn.
