                                    Smt. Jigeesha Mishra, President:-

20.09.2022:               The case is fixed for hearing.  Advocate for the O.ps are present and files hazira.  During the course of hearing it reveals that the complainant-Bijuli Jena is the owner of 3(three) nos. of vehicle bearing NO.OD16B-4013, vehicle bearing NO.OD16C-1913 and vehicle bearing No. OD16C-1913. The complainant files these 3(three) nos. of vehicle case vide C.C.No.85/2019, C.C.No.84/2019 and C.C.No.86/2019 individually before this commission. All three number of vehicles are used for commercial purposes for which the complainant is not a consumer of the Opposite parties.

 

                                    In view of facts and circumstances the complaint of the complainant is not maintainable. Hence the present complaint is dismissed.

 

Order pronounced in the open court today the 12^th day of Sept’2022 under my hand seal of this Commission.
