09.09.2023:-                            Put up the case record as it is fixed for the 3^rd National Lok Adalat.  The complainant and O.Ps are present through their representatives and files withdrawal memo petition in support of their case on the grounds that the dispute has been amicably settled in between the parties outside the District Commission premises and they do not want to proceed with the case further.  

                                                Accordingly the case is disposed of.
