07.11.2017 : Complainant is present.  O.Ps are represented through their respective A/Rs.

                    Complainant filed a memo dated 07.11.2017 stating that she has settled her disputes out of Court and does not want to proceed further in this case.

                   Perused the records and memo dt 07.11.2017 filed by the Complainant.  It is ascertained that the disputes between the parties have been settled out of Court and the complainant does not want to proceed with the case and wants to drop the case.

In view of the above settlement on the strength of the memo dated 07.11.2017, we are decided to drop the case.

Hence the case is dropped.
