Case record put up today as President was on leave. Learned Counsel for both the parties filed their respective memo stating therein that the dispute has already been settled amicably to the full and final satisfaction of the parties and they do not want to proceed further with this case. Memo are taken into record be formed part of this record.

In view of the above said settlement this consumer complaint is hereby dropped. Extract of order be communicated to the parties free of cost.
