Today is fixed for filing written version by the O.P. No.1 and taking steps for service of notice upon the O.P. No.2.  The O.P. No.1 files written version.  Let the same be kept with the record.  On behalf of the complainant a petition supported by affidavit along with Annexure-A has been filed stating that she has got her claimed amount from the O.Ps. and as such she is not willing to proceed with this case further and has prayed to dismiss the case for non-prosecution.  The Ld. Advocate for the complainant has moved this petition.  We find nothing to disbelieve the contents of the petition and we hold that this case should be disposed of for non-prosecution  without any cost.  Hence, it is

that the consumer complaint being No. 52/2017 is disposed of for non-prosecution without any cost.
