Complainant’s case is that complainant is a defence pensioner having PPO No.C/Fys/21572/2000.  He draws his pension from United Bank of India vide account No.0412010176303.  The pension sanctioning authority is Controller of Defence Account (Pension).  Bank is the service provider.  It is alleged that bank deducted some amount of money laid down in 4(b) of the petition.  Complainant raised objection but no result.    Then complainant approached to Hon’ble Tribunal, Calcutta Bench.  The Hon’ble Tribunal concluded vide its order dated 10.5.2018 that the bank is not under GOI (vide para-5 of the complaint). Being dissatisfied with the decision of the CAT, Kolkata the complainant has filed this petition to settle his complaint.  The complainant also cited different decision in his favour that the complainant is a consumer. 

            Later on complainant has advanced argument in the complaint citing with decision of the Hon’ble Apex Court.  In para-19 he stated that he was upset with the decision of CAT, Calcutta Bench.  In this context complainant prayed some relief.

            We perused the paper filed with this complaint regarding deduction and we also perused the paper of defence PPI 2013.

The complainant has filed this case against the Branch Manager, Bank of India, Hooghly. 

Perused the entire plaint and other documents.  After contemplation we find that this case is not maintainable in this Forum.  Accordingly, the case is dismissed being not maintainable and not admitted.
