| Final Order / Judgement | The record is put up today on strength of advance petition filed by the complainant’s counsel. The complainant and the financer i.e. OPs no.-1&2 and the ICICI General Insurance Co. Ltd.(OPs no-3 to 5) have filed a joint compromise petition which is self explanatory. The complainant after receiving the cheque bearing no.-662070/dtd. 08/04/2021 amount of Rs.3,39,000/-(Three Lakh Thirty-nine thousand) only from the Insurance company has withdrawn the case. The financer is directed to issue no objection certificate(NOC) in favour of the vehicle of the complainant bearing No.-OD-35C-4866 after receipt of Rs.5,00,000/-(Five Lakh) only from Opp. parties No.-3 to 5 for transfer of ownership. By virtue of joint compromise petition of both the parties and withdrawal memo of the complainant, the case is closed as withdrawn. | |
