Today is fixed for taking steps but no step is taken by the Complainant. On perusal of the record, we find that on 26.04.23 Ld. Advocate for the Complainant filed a petition stating that the Complainant died. Such being the position 04.07.23 was fixed for taking steps but no step was taken on 04.07.23. However, the case was adjourned on that day and fixed 19.09.23 for taking steps.

  It is a matter of regret that no step is taken on behalf of the Complainant. Such being the position, the instant case is required to be filed. Hence, it is

that the instant case being No. CC/99/2017 be and the same is filed.

Let plain copy of this order  be supplied free of cost, to each of the parties / Ld. Advocate/Agent on record, by hand  /by post under proper acknowledgment  as per rules, for information and necessary action.
