The record is placed and put up in the 4^th National lok Adalat.The O.P. through his advocate Ld.Sri O.P.Mishra is present and has filed Statement of Account of the complainant vide A/C No.31690734647, wherein the outstanding dues against him is ‘zero’. Peruse the case record. In memo dt.12.09.2022 it is stated that the complainant himself has closed his account with the bank by making payment of Rs.10, 906.00 on dtd.21.10.2020 and has filed the complaint on dt.12.07.2018 seeking reliefs.

            Regard being had to the facts and different circumstances, we observe that the complainant is avoiding to appear despite notice. Moreover he himself has paid his outstanding arrear dues on dtd.21.10.2020, amounting to Rs.10, 906.00 as evident from the Statement of account as such in the best interest of justice further pending of the case will not serve any purpose. Accordingly the complaint stands dismissed without cost against O.P.

         Pronounce in the Lok Adalat this the 12^th day of November, 2022.
