The case record is put up today. Parties are absent on repeated call. However on perusal of record. It is found that the complainant has not adduced any evidence neither appearing nor submit affidavit so when asked telephonically whether he interested to proceed with case he received the call but clearly denied that he is not interested to proceed with the case. Hence, on the basis of all the above observation and available record. We are of a considerate view to drop the case and disposed of accordingly. The order is pronounced in open court.
