Case record is put up today. Advocate for O.P No.1 file a memo dt.29.05.2023 along with joint compromise memo signed by O.P No.1 and the complainant. Peruse the same. The matter is settled down between the parties and the complainant is being paid a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- by the insurance company and the amount is already credited in complainant’s account on 15.05.2023 and that the complainant now does not want to proceed further against O.Ps as stated in the joint memo. The statement of A/C of the complaint vide annexure is corroborated with the factum of payment of Rs.2,00,000/- in the account of the complainant. In view of facts and circumstances, the complaint of the complainant stands dismiss as compromise without cost.

       Pronounce in open commission. Case disposed of.
