Case record is put up on Lok Adalat. Both the parties are present. The case has been amicably settled during  the Lok Adlat in presence  of the President, Member and Conciliator.

        In pursuance to the settlement, the Opp. party has succefully initiated the proccess regarding the sanction of loan along with the advance subsidy  covered under Agricultural marketing infrastructure ( AMI), sub- scheme of Integrated Scheme for Agricultural marketing under NABARD.

                                Accordingly, the case has been disposed off.
