26.10.2018 : Both parties to the present dispute are present.  Complainant filed a petition dated 26.10.2018 stating that he does not want to proceed with the case further against the O.Ps as the disputes between the parties have been amicably settled out of Court.

Perused the petition dated 26.10.2018 filed by the Complainant and ascertained that the disputes between the parties have been settled out of court amicably and also the complainant does not want to proceed with the case further against the O.Ps.

                          In view of the above facts on the basis of the petition dated 26.10.2018 filed by the Complainant, we are inclined to drop the case, as amicably settled.  Hence case is dropped as amicably settled.
