The case is put up today on the eve of 1^st National Lok Adalat  on dt.11.2.2023 though the case was  posted on dt.14.2.2023 for hearing, as the parties jointly submitted memo for settlement with their sign and signature with seal and requested for settlement. In the joint memo the O.P. submitted that the insurance amount claimed by the complainant deposited in the account of complainant on payment made by the insurance company by the O.P. and the account statement also attached. Both the parties declared their consent and put their signature. The O.P. and the complainant further submitted before the DCDRC on 1^st National lok adalat to drop the case on settlement. The Commission pronounced the order of settlement of case in the 1^st National lok Adalat, free copy will serve to the parties if applied and the case is disposed.
