The case is put up today on the eve of 1^st National Lok Adalat  and as the parties submitted a joint memo requesting to settle the matter though the case was posted on 13.2.2023 for W.V. The complainant and the O.Ps jointly submitted a memo of settlement where the complainant received Rs.2,00,000/-(Rupees two lakhs) only  of his claimed insurance amount deposited by O.P. on payment made by the insurance company and the O.P enclosed another sheet of Bank statement of complainant vide A/C No.34909705087.The Parties signed on the joint memo with seal of O.P. to settle the matter fully and finally with the above terms and condition  and the case is dismissed on compromise, resultantly  the complaint is disposed of. Order pronounced in open court on the 1^st National lok Adalat. Free copy will be serve to parties, if applied for.
