13.07.2022                To-day the case is fixed for filing of written version by the O.P.  Put up petition has filed by the complainant through his advocate on 30.06.2021. The learned counsel for the complainant files one withdrawal petition on the ground that the complainant do not want to proceed with the case further.

 

                                    In view of withdrawal petition as the complainant do not want to proceed with the case further the present case is hereby dropped as withdrawn.
