                   Learned counsel for the OP is present and has filed hazira. Complainant is absent on call and no steps taken on his behalf. Perused the record. It is found that the OP has filed written version since long but after filing the case the complainant is not attending the Forum at all. Thus it is presumed that the complainant is not at all interested to proceed with the case. Adjourneying the case anymore will unnecessary wastage of time of the Forum. So the case is dismissed due to default of the complainant and closed.

Misc Case No-9/2016

                   The OP’s counsel is present and has filed hazira. Petitioner is absent on call. After filing the Misc. case and passing of interim order, the petitioner has never appeared in the court. The force of the misc. case was up to 45days of the order but inadvertently it is lingering. Since the C.C. case has been disposed up, the Misc. case is nonest in the eye of law and it is dismissed and closed.
