Perused the petition of complainant of the content of the proposed amendment application. Considered.

On a close scrutiny of the materials on record it appears that proposed amendment is formal one and if the same be allowed it cannot change the nature and character of the case.

Hence,

 Ordered,

that the prayer for amendment of the cause title for the petition of complaint dated 26/07/2022 as filed by the complainant/petitioner is considered and allowed.

The complainant is allowed to amend the cause title of the petition of complaint as per schedule of the amendment petition and is also directed to file the amended petition of complaint within the statutory period.

Thus the M.A Case No. 19/2022 is thus disposed of. 

Fix. 04/08/2022 for filing amendment petition of the complainant.
