A joint compromise has been filed by the parties stating therein that they have settled therein dispute ammicabely outside the commission and they are not willing to proceed further in this case. Hence the compromise petition may kindly be accepted.

                                 NOC has been filed by the Opp in favour of complainant along with list of document. complainant is directed to receive copy of NOC by putting signature on margin of order sheet duely identified by his Learned lawyer
